About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of various sized modular installation projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a construction background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and site teams to bring modular solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end project delivery, from scheduling to final handover.
• Coordinate tradespeople, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Oversee site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

  
About You:

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction / Project Management or equivalent.
• White Card.
• Open Driver’s License.
• Proven experience in construction or modular installations.
• Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, client management and customer service skills.
• Proven experience managing cost control, pricing and scheduling.
• Familiarity with WHS standards and site safety practices.
