Are you a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys delivering project-based solutions?

We’re looking for passionate Business Development professionals—from emerging talent to seasoned experts—to join our collaborative team.

Whether you're building your career or bringing strategic leadership, you'll work across sales, operations, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions and drive growth across high-value opportunities in sectors like education, mining, and government infrastructure.

Depending on your experience and level, you may be involved in:

• Building and maintaining a high-margin sales pipeline across niche sectors.
• Engaging Tier 1 contractors and key stakeholders in education, health, and infrastructure.
• Identifying new product opportunities and aligning solutions with project timelines.
• Supporting or leading bid strategies, stakeholder engagement, and tender outcomes.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to identify and win major projects.
• Delivering market insights and project updates to internal stakeholders.
• Representing the company at industry events and negotiating deals.

About You:
  
You’re a high-energy sales professional who brings fresh ideas and a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive results. You may have:

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven success in a B2B selling environment.
• Industry experience in modular buildings, equipment/asset hire, construction/infrastructure sales, or contract services.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen and an understanding of contracts and project delivery.
• A desire to grow your career in a supportive, high-performing team.
