Your new role:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a hands-on, data-focused role that supports both local and global HR operations through analytics, reporting, and systems management. You will provide end-to-end HR data advisory, deliver timely and accurate reporting, and support the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong data skills within a developing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the integrity of HR Systems
- Deliver monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for local and global stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and analyze HR metrics to support business strategy
- Provide systems support for managers and HR Business Partners
- Maintain and improve HR records, databases, and SharePoint sites
- Assist with systems onboarding, offboarding, and internal staff movements
- Support the development of e-learning modules and administer the LMS
- Participate in HR system implementations, upgrades, and configurations
- Coordinate data accuracy across systems for effective reporting
- Respond to internal and external HR data inquiries
Skills, Qualifications & Experience: - Tertiary qualification or certificate in HR, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR analytics and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with HR systems and the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and Visio skills
- Experience with ERP systems and HR system implementations
- Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours meetings with global teams
