Your new role
As a senior leader, you will play a key role in managing large-scale modular construction projects while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction and installation works across the QLD region. From planning and contracts to stakeholder communication and final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performing cross-functional teams across multiple sites
- Ensure construction projects meet time, budget, and quality benchmarks
- Drive performance across key KPIs: financial, safety, customer service, compliance
- Manage contracts, subcontractors, procurement, and estimates
- Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including NCC and HSE
- Actively support workforce training, performance management, and team development
Skills, Qualifications & Experience: - Trade and tertiary qualifications in Construction or related discipline
- 10+ years in senior leadership within construction or resources
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, commercial management, and site operations
- Strong understanding of the Building Code of Australia and construction legislation
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, accountability, and effective communication
- Excellent project management, time management, and organisational skills
- Commercial Builder’s Licence (preferred)
- Experience in modular construction (advantageous)
