We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who is passionate about people, culture, and business success. This role will allow you to work closely with leaders, providing HR solutions that drive business objectives while fostering an engaged, high-performance workforce. You will receive mentoring, professional development opportunities, and the chance to shape HR strategy in a dynamic industry.
As a trusted HR partner, you will:
- Develop and implement people plans to support business goals.
- Provide strategic HR advice and hands-on operational support.
- Coach and guide managers on leadership development and performance management.
- Lead transformational change and support high-performance team building.
- Ensure compliance with industrial instruments, policies, and employment legislation.
- Contribute to HR improvement projects, including talent development and retention strategies.
About You You are an
experienced and proactive HR professional with:
- A degree in HR or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
- The ability to navigate complex employee relations matters with professionalism.
- A solutions-focused approach and the ability to drive change.
