Your New Role

Join our new vibrant Mackay team as a key player in driving sales and building relationships across the region. You’ll engage with diverse clients, exploring new avenues for revenue while nurturing existing partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring regular and meaningful communication to maximise growth.
• Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities, creating a pipeline that aligns with Ausco's key target sectors.
• Enhance customer service and boost our Net Promoter Score (NPS) by actively responding to feedback and implementing improvements.
• Engage with customers in a way that showcases our dedication to outstanding service and reinforces Ausco Modular’s stellar reputation.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, hire, project management) to support business development and client success.

Who You Are

You’re a relationship-building pro with a passion for customer service and a knack for collaboration. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in Business Development, especially in B2B environments.
• Is driven to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
• Is both a Farmer and Hunter in sales or the ability to be.
• Has a background in sales construction, industrial, mining or similar fields (preferred).
• Can cultivate long-lasting relationships and has a history of doing so.
• Pays close attention to detail and is skilled at accurate reporting.
• You should not be perturbed from applying if you are a self-starter or just starting your journey in sales. Training and guidance can be provided for the right applicant.
