As we continue to expand our footprint, we're seeking a pro-active and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales, manage relationships, and contribute to our ongoing success. This position is based in Seven Hills, New South Wales.
Your new role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, we're on the lookout for a talented individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager and become a key player in our success story.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Sales Expertise: Bring your 3-5 years of Sales experience to exceed targets in a B2B environment. Market expansion: Identify and secure new markets and revenue opportunities within your region. Technical Know-How: Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge of our products, capabilities, and services. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a sales plan for the region in collaboration with the Sales Manager. Training and Support: Provide training, mentoring, and support to the wider sales team. What you will bring to the role:
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience. Budget Management: Proven experience with multi-million-dollar budget management. Networking Skills: Showcase your networking prowess and collaboration skills. Innovative Solutions: Craft persuasive proposals and quotes with creative and innovative solutions. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of contracts management and commercial processes. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (Salesforce an advantage)
