Your new role
Based out of our Paget operations this role will play a pivotal part in the production of our modular buildings within our Branch. This position involves supervising Ops Techs and contractors, ensuring all aspects of building process and maintenance are executed efficiently. The Leading Hand is crucial in maintaining our high-quality standards while prioritizing safety.
- Lead and direct Ops Techs and contractors
- Oversee all maintenance processes including external and internal modifications, repairs, such as; installing of internal and external cladding, windows, flooring, and roofing and cleaning.
- Ensure that all processes are completed to our quality standards and in a safe manner.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the delivery process.
About You: - Proven experience in a Leading Hand role within the Construction, Manufacturing or Building is highly regarded.
- Confident in directing teams and assigning tasks.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Strong commitment to safety practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to safety policies and procedures.
