Your new role:
Exciting opportunity to join a fast paced environment and play a key role in maintaining accurate HR records, managing HR systems, and supporting HR processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all administrative tasks. No two days will be the same, and this role will see you:
- Maintain HR records, files, registers, and databases.
- Manage data administration of HR systems,
- Coordinate training events and maintain accurate training records
- Respond to internal and external HR enquiries and support business areas with HR processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, scanning, and scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract and letter preparation.
- Maintain and update HR documents such as procedures manuals and onboarding guides.
About you: Renowned for your interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach this will complimented by your proven experience in a similar role demonstrating your first class administrative skills supporting HR functions. We are looking to hear form candidates with:
- Tertiary qualification, diploma, or certificate in HR, business, or a related field (highly desirable).
- Proven experience in HR administration with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confidential approach.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office platforms.
