Your new role:

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a bustling sales environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administration Officer to become an integral part of our dynamic team based in Dandenong South. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
  
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Efficiently handle incoming enquiries, directing leads to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare quotations, tender responses, and relevant documentation for both internal and external Stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into existing systems, including InspHire, Salesforce or Navision.
• Take charge of maintaining and managing our Customer Relationship Management Systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure prompt and professional responses.
• Undertake general administration duties, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in customer service.
• Be ready to tackle additional ad hoc administration duties based on evolving business needs.

What you will bring to the role:

• A background in a similar administration role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Excellent time management skills, enabling you to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
• Display initiative and proactively support the sales team.
• A desire to work within a collaborative team environment that values teamwork.
• Experience working with CRM, Inspire and Navision is desirable but not essential.
