Your new role:
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a bustling sales environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administration Officer to become an integral part of our dynamic team based in Berrimah, Darwin. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
  
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Enquiry Management: Efficiently handle incoming enquiries, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
• Document Preparation: Prepare quotations, tender responses, and relevant documentation for both internal and external Stakeholders.
• Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into existing systems, including Insphire, Salesforce or Navision.
• CRM Maintenance: Take charge of maintaining and managing our Customer Relationship Management Systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure prompt and professional responses.
• Administration Excellence: Undertake general administration duties, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in customer service.
• Ad hoc Support: Be ready to tackle additional ad hoc administration duties based on evolving business needs.

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven Experience: A background in a similar administration role within a fast-paced environment.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Time Management: Excellent time management skills, enabling you to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
• Initiative: Display initiative and proactively support the sales team.
• Teamwork Values: A desire to work within a collaborative team environment that values teamwork.
• Systems Knowledge: Experience working with CRM, Inspire and Navision is desirable but not essential.
