We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Administrator to join a dynamic asset-owner’s team supporting a major mine expansion project in Central Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class mining company on a significant development project.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding processes for project personnel and contractors
• Manage contract administration and documentation
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and records
• Assist in general project administration tasks, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures

  
Requirements:  

• Previous experience in a similar project administration role, ideally within the mining, construction, or heavy industry sectors
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• Resident of (and willingness to work DIDO from) Rockhampton, Emerald or nearby regional centres
