THE ROLE:
Our Deal Advisory team is expanding, and we need help to continue driving success and facilitating business with our already diverse and impressive client base.
At BDO’s Deal Advisory Team you will have a hand in everything, our clients are typically national and international medium- sized businesses and private equity firms across a wide range of industries. We are highly committed to achieving strategic objectives by taking a tailored, quality-driven and personal approach to all engagements. You will play a vital role in supporting private equity, strategic corporate clients, and business owners to execute their growth and exit strategies. You will be involved in all aspects of corporate finance including, financial due diligence (buy and sell-side), M&A advisory, valuations, capital raising and modelling.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Corporate Finance experience with a similar client base
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and have completed your CA and/or CFA.
• Experience in leading and mentoring staff members
