THE ROLE
Purpose: To drive optimal outcomes for those in need of Business Restructuring services including informal restructuring advice and support and formal insolvency appointments. Assist with Forensic investigations.
Knowledge and Skills:
Business management principles
Accounting products, procedures and practice
Accounting standards
Double-entry accounting
General understanding of current issues facing business
Able to build relationships
Analytical and interpretative
High written and verbal communication
Problem solving and willing to get stuck in
Experience:
CA/CPA/CFA qualified or studying towards one of these qualifications
3-5+ years Business Restructuring experience or strong business experience with a desire to work in Business Restructuring
