Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for a vibrant and dedicated Office Administrator to join us in our office.
You'll be the friendly face that greets our clients and visitors, making them feel right at home. This full-time role (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday) and is perfect for someone who's previously thrived in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver top notch administrative support to Partners and Staff to ensure smooth office operations.
· Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
· Event planning and coordination.
· Assist in the coordination and organization of office activities and meetings.
· Maintain a suite of client database systems with precision and care.
· Collaborate with our team to boost office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
· Strong people skills and the ability to communicate like a pro.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities – you're a juggler of tasks!
· Proficiency in Office 365, Xero, and Xero Practice Manager.
· Familiarity with AML requirements.
· Strong computer literacy skills to navigate multiple software packages with ease.
