THE ROLE
As part of an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join our fun and friendly Corporate Services team as a full-time Corporate Receptionist. In this role, you will be integral to supporting and contributing to the success of the firm. You will be the welcoming face of BDO Wellington, delivering exceptional service to all areas of the business. The hours of work for this role will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. February 2025 Start. 

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors, coordinating enquiries, and preparing meeting rooms.
• Create exceptional experiences with every interaction.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Care for the business environment – strive to maintain a professional environment; ensuring stationery, meeting rooms and shared spaces are fully stocked with supplies and maintained in a tidy manner.
• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional service across the firm.
• Completing general administrative duties
