We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Experience Manager to join BDO New Zealand’s National Clients & Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing digital experiences and driving key campaigns and projects. You’ll be at the forefront of creating and distributing compelling content across various platforms, ensuring our clients and partners receive top-notch digital marketing and communications.

THE ROLE
You will be involved in - creating and managing a wide range of leading content and online experiences which support our BDO advisors across Aotearoa in fostering exceptional client relationships. This includes market reports, eDMs, editorials, blogs, social media posts, web content, videos, adverts (display and search) and more.
You will ensure our market-facing content across our website and other digital channels remains relevant, helpful and engaging for our target markets, while managing best practice UX, SEO, and SEM activities to support our brand objectives and client relationships
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years digital marketing and communications experience (at least 3 years in a similar role).
- Experience working in Business-to-Business environment, within professional services (advantageous).
- Technical expertise and understanding of effective strategies and application of digital marketing channels (e.g. generating SEO optimised web content, managing Google SEM campaigns) and social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram).
- Knowledge of optimising online and digital experiences, leveraging current CMS platforms – for external and internal audiences
- An eye for compelling visual design, engaging and consistent branding – with experience in shaping effective digital advertising. (Experience in Adobe Design Suite advantageous).
- Keen eye for detail and content accuracy – with demonstrated copywriting skills
- Ability to build credible and positive relationships with a diverse range of people, from key internal stakeholders to external suppliers
- Strong project management skills.
