Join BDO Christchurch as a Marketing Co-ordinator and help bring national campaigns to life locally, support client communications, and keep our marketing activity organised, on-brand, and on time.
The opportunity
Our team is looking for a part-time Marketing Co-ordinator to support the delivery of client marketing and communication activities within BDO Christchurch, working within nationally coordinated marketing and global brand guidelines. You’ll work closely with Partners and service line leaders, ensuring marketing activity is well planned, meets our brand guidelines, and enhances our profile and client relationships.
This role is part-time (20–25 hours per week) and we’re open to discussing how those hours are structured across the week.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Co-ordinate the local delivery of national client marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Implement & support locally driven marketing activity aligned to our strategy and priorities
- Working with our National Clients and Marketing team co-ordinate client communications
- Manage client email marketing distribution lists and compliance requirements
- Support events, webinars, and sponsorship
- Help improve processes, and documentation to support quality and efficient delivery
You will bring - Experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a professional services environment
- Ability to balance national consistency with local needs, and working within global brand/governance frameworks
- Exposure to CMS, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or event tools is advantageous
- A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is desirable
