About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager to join our Business Advisory Services team.

In this genuine client-focused role, you will lead and coach junior staff members, ensuring their professional development and success. Your high emotional intelligence and exceptional coaching skills will be key to fostering a supportive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression
• Deliver high-quality business advisory services to clients, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge
• Be a team player, collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and strategies for clients
• Manage client relationships, delivering an exceptional client experience and developing long-term partnerships
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes

Experience

We are looking for someone who is experienced, has strong commercial acumen and looking for career growth with:

• Proven experience in a senior accountant or assistant manager role within a Big 4 or mid-tier Chartered Accounting firm
• CA or equivalently qualified
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of business advisory services
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage deadlines
• Exceptional client relationship management, ideally as the key client contact
• Experience in training, mentoring, or reviewing the work of junior team members is an advantage
• A desire to get involved in advisory projects, with ambitions for future leadership opportunities
