The opportunity
As a Senior Auditor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality audit engagements across a wide range of clients, including not‑for‑profits, schools, private enterprises, and local governing bodies.
You’ll be a trusted point of contact for clients and a mentor for junior team members, working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver practical, value‑adding outcomes.
This role is well suited to someone looking to continue progressing their career while strengthening their leadership capability and client ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Supervise, review, and coach junior team members, providing guidance and feedback
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with a diverse client base
- Identify and communicate audit issues clearly and pragmatically
- Ensure audit work is delivered to a high technical and professional standard
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and team capability
About you
You will likely bring:
- CA qualification (or international equivalent)
- 5+ years’ solid external audit experience
- Experience leading audits and supervising audit teams
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, solution‑focused approach
- The ability to balance technical excellence with practical client outcomes
