About the role
We’re looking for a proactive, intuitive Personal Assistant to support our Business Restructuring partners and team and help keep things running smoothly. This is a highly trusted, fast-paced role where your initiative energy and attention to detail will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-levels of support such as calendar, travel, meetings and confidential admin
• Prepare, review, and distribute documentation, including proposals, letters, reports, presentations, invoices, statements and internal materials.
• Oversee operational processes such as client onboarding, expenses, timesheets, filing systems, mail distribution and document management
• Assist with insolvency and recovery assignment administration, including Companies Office searches, IPS data entry, debtor ledger support and processing distributions to creditors

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of Personal Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple leaders
• Exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Experience coordinating reports, billing, or basic financial/admin tasks, such as timesheets, expenses, or invoicing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent spelling and grammar
