The Role

Looking for an exciting new full time role? Join our dynamic and fast-paced Audit team, with over 50 employees, as a Workflow Planner and mold the position according to your skills and expertise.

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage planning, innovation, and resource allocation with a focus on accuracy and forward thinking. Responsibilities include:

• Accurate and strategic planning and resource allocation on a 12 month rolling basis
• Problem solving with Management to ensure client work has sufficient staff allocated with the appropriate experience
• Monitoring staffing resource during different periods to identify capacity risks and opportunities
• Producing weekly reports for the management team in relation service performance against budget/planned resource.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and with a variety of personalities
• A passion for continuous improvement and finding creative solutions
• A "can-do" attitude and self-motivated drive
• Detail-oriented focus and accuracy
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• The adaptability to change in a constantly evolving work environment
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel
• Recommended but not required if you have prior experience with Power BI and Retain (or an equivalent planning tool).
