About the role
Based in Auckland City, our Audit Manager leads the end‑to‑end planning, fieldwork and delivery of audits, reporting to Audit Partners. You’ll set clear expectations, manage workflow and deadlines across multiple engagements, and foster a positive team culture where seniors and Assistant Managers coach and develop juniors. A confident communicator, you keep clients and partners informed and aligned throughout.
Commercially savvy and technically strong, you apply audit methodology, uphold ethics and quality, and shape efficient approaches that address key risks. You’ll manage budgets and timelines, build trusted client relationships, and lift team capability by sharing knowledge and leading training—delivering high‑quality, on‑time outcomes that reflect our values.
This role is working out of our Auckland CBD office, 8.30am – 5.00pm, maximum of 37.5hrs per week, Monday – Friday. The salary range for this role is between $115,000 - $135,000 plus benefits and relocation allowance.
