The Opportunity
BDO New Zealand is seeking a highly experienced audit professional to lead our Assurance Support function. This newly created “Head of” role is pivotal in driving audit quality, supporting our national network, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll provide practical, business-focused support to assurance partners and their engagement teams, identifying development needs, delivering targeted training, and offering hands-on guidance to enhance audit quality. You’ll collaborate closely with quality leadership, with a core focus on being a trusted, in-business resource for continuous improvement.
