About the role
As an Audit Manager at BDO, you will oversee the delivery of audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including schools, not-for-profit organisations, private enterprises, and local government bodies. Your leadership and mentoring skills will be integral to guiding team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all engagements.
In this role, you will manage and review complex audits, provide strategic insights to clients, and act as a point of contact for technical queries and client relationships. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting the professional development of your team, contributing to a positive, growth-oriented culture.

About you
You bring at least six years of solid auditing experience and are CA qualified, with a solution-focused, can-do attitude. Your methodical approach ensures attention to detail, even when working under pressure and juggling multiple engagements and deadlines.
You thrive in dynamic team environments, confidently collaborating with a diverse range of people. You are proactive and approachable, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
