About Advisory Services
We partner with clients to navigate challenges at every stage of their business life cycle. We tailor our services to meet each client’s unique needs, combining financial expertise with strategic insight. Success in this role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

About You
You’re a CA or CPA-qualified professional with:

• 4+ years of total accounting experience
• Previous experience within a New Zealand CA firm, ideally operating at a Senior level or above

You’re a proven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys mentoring others. You’re ready to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the growth of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality advisory and accounting services, ensuring final outputs are ready for Partner sign-off.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, including graduates, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
• Provide guidance on complex issues and lead problem-solving initiatives.
• Support Partners with high-level advisory work and special projects.
• Contribute to recruitment and performance reviews.
• Participate in business development activities and prospective client meetings.
