About the role
We have an exciting opportunity available within our Queenstown office. The role is for someone with previous client payroll experience who is smart and hardworking with a high attention to detail.
This role is dynamic, processing end-to-end client payrolls to our valued clients, alongside providing exceptional administration support to the wider team. Experience in bookkeeping/GST Returns is preferred but not essential.
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a smart and confident learner
- Have great communication skills both written and oral
- Intermediate computer skills
- Be able to work independently
- Be flexible and adaptable
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Holidays Act NZ - Payroll Legislation
- NZ Payroll systems - Smartly, Crystal, MYOB, and Xero preferable
Professional services industry experience is ideal, but a great professional attitude is essential.
