THE ROLE

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Security Consultant to join our high-performing team, contributing to a strategic programme focused on achieving ISO27001 certification.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function, working collaboratively across the business to uplift our security posture. Your work will centre on:

• Conducting risk assessments and identifying opportunities for control improvements
• Developing and enhancing security policies, standards, and frameworks
• Supporting the implementation of ISO27001-aligned controls and processes
• Driving compliance initiatives and embedding best practices across teams
• Providing expert guidance on information security and risk management

ABOUT YOU

You're passionate about security technologies, keen to learn and looking to advance your career within the Security Advisory, Governance, Risk and Compliance domain. You'll be familiar with security frameworks and have experience working through compliance and risk assessments in previous roles. 

• Strong knowledge of ISO27001 standards and compliance.
• 3+ years of experience within an information security/technology/accreditation consulting role
• Familiar with coordinating auditing and/or compliance. 
• A good understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and SOC2
• Experienced in writing policy and procedure documentation. 
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Proactive, organised, driven and willing to learn.
