There is career progression for this role to Project Director as you move through the first 12 months of your role. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Taking the lead or playing a key supporting role in tertiary education projects (depending on experience level)
• Managing consultants, contractors, and key client-side stakeholders
• Running PCG meetings and maintaining accurate project documentation
• Overseeing budget, program, procurement, and quality outcomes
• Ensuring clear, consistent communication across all project phases
• Some regional travel required – current driver’s licence essential

The Foundation For Success...

• Proven project management experience in Australia (consultancy or client-side)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, property, engineering, or architecture
• Prior exposure to education or health projects is highly regarded
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a desire to grow your career
