The Melbourne team is continuing to grow and is now seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to play a key role in project leadership and delivery.

The Opportunity:
This role is suited to an experienced Senior Project Manager who has built a solid foundation within a Project Management consultancy environment.

You will take the lead, or act as a senior delivery partner, on large and complex projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors. The role requires strong judgement, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence operating in environments with multiple stakeholders and high expectations.

This is a role where your experience will be utilised and respected. You will be given autonomy, supported by strong leadership, and provided with the platform to influence outcomes and mentor others.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading or supporting the delivery of large, complex projects
• Managing consultants, contractors and key client-side stakeholders
• Running PCG meetings and maintaining clear, accurate project documentation
• Overseeing budget, program, procurement and quality outcomes
• Ensuring consistent communication across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Contributing to team capability and supporting less experienced team members

The Foundation for Success:

• Proven senior-level project management experience within Australia
• Background in a Project Management consultancy or client-side environment
• Tertiary qualifications in construction, property, engineering or architecture
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to delivery
• The confidence to lead, make decisions and support others
