A strong and secure pipeline of upcoming work, including several high-profile apartment and mixed-use developments, has created an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The Role:
You will join a capable, collaborative team where expectations are clear, and support is readily available. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from early design through to delivery, with a particular focus on apartment and mixed-use developments, while also maintaining exposure to a diverse range of project sectors.

You will work closely with senior leaders who are accessible and engaged, value considered input, and trust experienced Project Managers to take ownership of their work. The business operates with a flat structure and minimal hierarchy, allowing decisions to be made efficiently and without unnecessary layers.

This is a role that offers genuine responsibility and autonomy over time, supported by approachable colleagues who are technically strong and willing to help.

The Foundation for Success:

• Proven project management experience within a PM consultancy environment in Australia
• A degree in property, engineering, architecture or construction
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• High attention to detail with a calm, proactive approach
• A commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients
• An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
• A team-oriented mindset and a good sense of humour
