About the role:

• Ensure all company machinery, plant and equipment is operated and maintained according to policy and operational guidelines.
• Ensure cargo is received in an orderly manner together with the completion of accurate and timely documentation
• Handle and store dangerous goods
• Handle cargo around our yards as instructed
• Plan and coordinate safe and secure cargo operations

  
Skills & experience:

• Current valid driver's licence and HRWL (LF)
• Basic computer skills in Word, Outlook
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience regarding cargo receivables, consolidation and dispatching processes.
• Demonstrated experience of dealing with customers who are delivering cargo.
• Ideally Certificate III in Transport and Logistics, Load Restraint Awareness, First Aid and CPR 
• HC Licence, Dangerous Goods Awareness are desirable
