Excel Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Waikato is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Fixed-Term Maintenance Technician to join our local team.
You will work with a wide range of Waikato businesses across commercial refrigeration and HVAC sites, enjoying a varied workload, modern equipment and the support of a company that genuinely values its people.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Undertaking scheduled and reactive HVAC maintenance and repairs including cleaning, adjusting, installing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and solve mechanical faults
- Complete accurate service reports and maintain job records
- Deliver quality customer service and experience
- Work with technology to complete work orders
- Commit to health, safety and environment first practices

ABOUT YOU
- Hands on, practical, mechanical aptitude with a curiosity to understand how things work
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians and administration staff
- A full unrestricted driver licence
- Current residence in New Zealand with the legal right to work
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
