The Role:
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and drive the technology vision of the company. This role will involve strategic leadership, team management, product development, and ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. The CTO will play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies for innovation.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, manage cybersecurity risks, and safeguard data.

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role.
• Expertise in software development life cycle, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience scaling technology in a high-growth environment.
• Proficient in full stack development and an understanding of cybersecurity and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
