The Role

• As an Audit Senior, you will take ownership of completing all sections of an audit or assignment with minimal supervision, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the firm's processes.
• You’ll be expected to manage your workload efficiently while overseeing the work of the team, ensuring all tasks are executed to a high standard.
• Your role will include leveraging strong relationships with both clients and colleagues to identify opportunities for additional services, while also challenging the manager where appropriate.
• You will mentor and train junior staff, delegating tasks effectively and providing constructive feedback to support their development.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid audit experience in a practice environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail are essential.
• Solutions-oriented and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Leadership qualities, adept in developing junior staff and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
