The Company
High growth, acquisitive business with an excellent CEO / Founder and leadership team. The business is 20+ years old and IPO plans are in motion. This hire will eventually succeed the current CFO. 

It will be 4 days in the office in their Mayo headquarters. 

The Role 

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the financial strategy, in conjunction with the CFO & CEO, to support the company’s growth objectives, aligning with the overall business plan.
• Team Oversight: Lead and manage the Finance team, ensuring efficient processes, accurate financial reporting, and effective cash flow management. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. (There is an excellent Group Financial Controller managing the day to day)
• M&A Integration: Assist the CFO on integration planning, and execution for mergers and acquisitions. Ensure seamless financial and operational integration.
• IPO Preparation: financial and operational aspects of IPO readiness, including compliance, financial reporting, and investor relations.
  

• ACA / ACCA or equivalent with 15 years experience. 
• Must have prior experience in a CFO / leadership position within a fast paced, dynamic environment (manufacturing / distribution / FMCG background or similar industry experience)
• Must be comfortable dealing at C-Suite level, negotiating and influencing.
