The Company
 
A rapidly growing Irish financial services firm, committed to delivering tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals and business are seeking to hire a dynamic Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in financial operations and strategic growth.
You will report to an excellent CFO and there is a high performing team in place as the business gears for more growth / market consolidation. 
*This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office per week. 
 
The Role

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts, scenario analysis, and variance analysis.
• Manage external audits and liaise with tax advisors to ensure efficient tax planning and compliance.
• Develop and enhance financial processes, controls, and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
• This role is also highly commercial and you will assist the CFO in strategy and preparing board reports.

• ACA / ACCA Qualified with 4/5+ years post-qualified experience 
• Previous experience as a financial controller in a multi-location scaling business or multinational 
• Proven leader as you will be driving standards within the team.
