Joining Hays as a Manager within our established Geelong business, you’ll take ownership of a corporate desk as well as leading a team of experienced Consultants, with opportunity to grow as the Greater North Western market expands.

Your new role
This role is ideal for a hands‑on, people‑first leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven ability to drive performance through strong coaching and leadership. As Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of consultants within the Geelong business
- Balance people leadership with your own high-performing recruitment desk
- Champion the customer by delivering reliable and high-quality recruitment solutions
- Lead team productivity, engagement and growth in a high performing environment
- Drive collaboration with our Melbourne office and wider ANZ Hays teams
What you’ll need to succeed You know you’ve got what it takes because you are:
- An experienced agency recruiter with leadership experience who is ready to join a company that backs their leader
- Commercially minded, with a passion for growing market share and identifying new business opportunities
- Bold, curious and Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams to achieve results
- A relationship builder who earns trust with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and energised by high performance and collaboration
