Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven technology recruiter to build a successful and rewarding career within a high-performing team.

Working alongside the Technology Business Director, you will develop strong client partnerships, connect exceptional technology talent with leading organisations, and deliver innovative recruitment solutions across Queensland's growing technology sector.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing relationships with technology clients and hiring managers
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across contract and permanent opportunities
• Developing strategic sourcing approaches to attract high-calibre technology professionals
• Providing expert market insights and talent intelligence to clients and candidates
• Building long-term partnerships with candidates throughout their careers
• Collaborating with colleagues across the local, national, and wider Technology business
• Living our Hays values by championing collaboration, inclusion, and exceptional customer service

  
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an established Technology Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take the next step in their career and thrive in a high-growth environment.

• Proven experience within Technology recruitment
• A strong track record of building trusted client and candidate relationships
• A consultative and solutions-focused approach
• Commercial drive and a desire to exceed targets and achieve career progression
• Confidence in identifying new opportunities and developing business growth

• A passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, candidates, and colleagues
