We have an exciting opportunity to join our Hays Enterprise Solutions International Delivery Centre team as a Senior Sourcing Partner supporting key client accounts. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Auckland, New Zealand office with hybrid working.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced sourcing professional who knows how to run strategic sourcing campaigns, build credibility quickly, and influence hiring outcomes. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management, commercial judgement, and a data-led mindset — using insight to guide decisions and deliver excellent recruitment outcomes.
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, delivering both temporary and permanent solutions in close partnership with our onsite team. You’ll build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, using market insight and practical advice to shape decisions. You’ll also design sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities, build strategic talent pools, and make sure both candidates and stakeholders have a high-quality experience from start to finish.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone with strong end-to-end recruitment experience who’s comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment. You’ll be confident building credibility with stakeholders at all levels, communicating clearly, and using sound judgement to navigate competing priorities. Just as importantly, you’ll bring initiative, a proactive mindset, and the ability to use insight and data to influence better hiring decisions — all with a strong focus on service excellence.
