Our Hays Melbourne CBD office is seeking a full-time 6 month role with a view to extend Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position and an immediate start.
Your new role
- Manage inbound telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aligned with our service delivery standards
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to internal stakeholders via a centralised ticketing system
- Conduct reference checks over the phone
- Collect and follow up on compliance documentation from candidate
What you'll need to succeed - Previous administration experience will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service environment (e.g. retail or hospitality)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an office setting (highly regarded)
- A confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
