Your new role

As the Client Coordinator we will empower you to think beyond, redefine standards and evolve the status quo. This is a full time 6 month role permanent role commencing immediately based in Melbourne CBD.
  
Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide end to end administrative, recruitment and client coordination support across a fast paced environment
• Manage onboarding activities and ad hoc onsite support, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Oversee maintaining templates and ensuring timely responses, follow ups and communication
• Track and prioritise compliance requirements and deadlines, taking ownership of follow ups and data accuracy

What you'll need to succeed
  

• Previous experience in administrative or recruitment support roles, ideally within a fast paced environment
• A highly customer focused approach with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team environmen
