Your New Role
As Emposo continues its rapid growth in Australia, we are seeking a Melbourne‑based Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our presence across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
Reporting directly to the Head of Emposo in Sydney, this is a senior, autonomous role with true regional ownership. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth end‑to‑end, building deep client relationships, and shaping your regional strategy in line with ambitious growth plans.
Our teams will rely on your sales craft, expertise and collaborative approach to support complex opportunities, while your strong focus on delivery governance and quality solutions will help build lasting trust with our customers.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in a start‑up / scale‑up environment, while valuing the backing, structure and opportunity that comes with being part of a large global organisation. Travel across the region will be required to support client relationships and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales performance across VIC, TAS & SA
- Build and grow senior, long‑term client relationships
- Lead complex, consultative solution sales across technology and professional services
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from strategy through to close
- Work closely with delivery, presales and technology teams to design tailored, outcome‑focused solutions
- Lead proposals, bids and client presentations
- Act as a senior escalation point for key client relationships as required
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and new client accounts
- Represent Emposo and Hays collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Need to Succeed - 8–10+ years’ experience in senior sales roles, ideally within Technology services or ICT augmentation environments
- Proven experience selling complex, consultative solutions
- Comfortable operating in a start‑up or scale‑up environment
- Highly self‑sufficient, commercially astute and results‑driven
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across VIC, TAS and SA
- Technology or statement of work background or strong exposure to digital transformation, delivery or innovation initiatives
