As our Sydney team continues to grow, we have an opportunity for you to join our Procurement division for a 360-recruitment role where you will partner with an established client base.  

Your new role
Working as an experienced recruiter you will take ownership of your desk and create meaningful relationships with clients and candidates in the Procurement and Supply-chain sector, partnering with them for their recruitment solutions. This will involve:

• Develop new business relationships and maintain your existing network of clients through business development calls, client visits, networking, and industry events
• Source, interview, evaluate and match highly skilled professionals guiding them through the recruitment process
• Work closely with colleagues locally and nationally to share market knowledge, leads and resources with the team
• Live our Hays valued behaviours where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach

What you'll need to succeed
We are open to experience level, whether you have 3 years or 10 years’ recruitment experience, the right person will be confident operating in a 360-recruitment role. Either way, we know you are:

• Confident in building credible partnerships with clients through business development
• Ambitious to be bold, and curious to achieve improved solutions, always pushing for stronger outcomes for our candidates and colleagues
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
• Motivated to operate in a high performing team environment and achieve sales targets
• Ready to own the outcomes and be respectful, always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
