We’re currently recruiting an internal Hays Talent Partner to support a high‑profile RPO and MSP client based in Melbourne. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity with an immediate start, where you will be embedded onsite with our client to deliver recruitment services. The role is based across two Melbourne client sites (parking provided), so access to your own vehicle is essential.
In this role, you’ll manage both temporary and permanent recruitment across multiple divisions.

Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job brief through to offer across a diverse portfolio across multiple divisions
- Deliver a mix of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions, supported by dedicated sourcing and compliance teams
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing tailored recruitment advice and market insight
- Partner closely with the Sourcing team to design and execute effective attraction strategies aligned to business priorities
- Build, maintain and leverage strategic talent pools to support workforce planning and future hiring demand
- Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining high standards of service delivery
What you'll need to succeed - Confident at building partnerships and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Have excellent communication skills and manage complex situations
- Highly motivated and able to work autonomously in a dynamic work environment
- Able to utilise your critical thinking and influencing skills to work with stakeholders to consider solutions
- Passionate about delivering service excellence and proactively partnering with hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs.
