Your new role
Our Hays Sydney CBD office is seeking a Customer Insights Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role commencing immediately. This role will report into the Head of Customer Experience.
As the Customer Insights Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing on our customer experience strategy and initiatives. You will analyse customer data and feedback to identify pain points, generate actionable insights, and develop effective solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and oversee the successful implementation of customer experience initiatives.
