Your new role

Our Hays Adelaide office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This is a full‑time opportunity commencing on a 6‑month contract, with a strong view to transition into a permanent role.

• Key Responsibilities include:
• Manage inbound telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aligned with our service delivery standards
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support to internal stakeholders via a centralised ticketing system
• Conduct reference checks over the phone
• Collect and follow up onboarding compliance requirements from candidates

What you'll need to succeed

• A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
• Ability to confidently interact with customers in person and over the phone, maintaining a friendly and professional manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in a high-volume customer service environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, or call centre) will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in an office setting is highly regarded
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
