Your new role
This role is initially offered on a full‑time temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.
As a Candidate Experience Partner, Working across both mining and facilities services portfolios, you will manage high‑volume mobilisation processes, site access, compliance requirements and reporting.
- Manage all site access requests for new and existing temporary personnel.
- Oversee and maintain site‑specific compliance documentation.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate end‑to‑end mobilisation activities for BHP placements.
- Provide candidate aftercare for 100+ contingent workers.
- Prepare monthly executive reports and summaries.
- Arrange, track and distribute PPE.
- Assist with Payroll Processes.
What you'll need to succeed We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. You don't need experience in Mobilisation or Payroll however it is preferred, just the interest to learn and an ambition and drive to succeed. Either way, you know you are:
- Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
- Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates, and colleagues
- Adaptable and agile, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
