Your New Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage client and candidate activity across the full recruitment process. The role involves working with a variety of stakeholders, developing your market knowledge, and coordinating recruitment activity from start to finish.
In this role, you will:
- Build new relationships through business development and networking
- Develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and interviewing to shortlisting and onboarding
- Collaborate with colleagues within your team, office, and across the broader ANZ business
What You’ll Need to SucceedWe hire based on potential, and our teams are made up of people from a wide range of backgrounds. Ideally, you’ll bring 2+ years of agency recruitment experience and be based in the local region.
