As the Internal Communications Manager, APAC, we will empower you to be bold and curious, redefine standards and evolve the status quo. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Hays Sunway office in Malaysia or within Australia (Eastern Seaboard preferred)
This is a critical role that connect colleagues to Hays’ vision and values by delivering impactful communications and engagement initiatives. You’ll partner with senior leaders to ensure clear, consistent messaging and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers colleagues to thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the APAC Internal Communications Strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
- Deliver engaging, multi-channel communications and campaigns that connect colleagues to organisational vision and values.
- Manage core communication channels including intranet, newsletters, webinars, and event communications.
- Create and deliver high-quality content that drives colleague engagement and consistency across all messaging touchpoints.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects, including change management and strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and stakeholder needs are met.
- Partner with senior leaders to influence and embed culture initiatives that foster inclusion and high performance
What you'll need to succeed - Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on strategic thinker who can also deliver high quality content at pace
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive engagement
- Proven experience in change management and People & Culture initiatives is highly regarded
- Experience in professional services or sales-driven environments and/or experience working across the APAC region is preferred
